Will pressure washing damage my concrete or asphalt?
No, when done correctly. We use appropriate pressure levels for your surface type and keep the nozzle at the right distance. Concrete can handle 3000–4000 PSI without issue. Asphalt gets lower pressure to protect the seal.
How long does the driveway stay clean?
In Spring's climate, you'll typically see results hold for 6–12 months depending on tree cover and how much traffic your driveway gets. Mold and algae grow back faster under shade. Regular cleaning every 12–18 months keeps it looking new.
Do you seal the driveway after washing?
We don't include sealing in the pressure washing service, but we can recommend local contractors who do concrete sealing if you want added protection. A fresh seal after cleaning helps extend the time between washes.
