Pre-event cleaning is pressure washing done right before a gathering, wedding, corporate event, or open house. We come out 1-2 days before your event, blast away dirt, mold, and buildup from driveways, patios, siding, and fences. Spring's humidity means algae and mildew build up fast on outdoor surfaces, so we handle that specifically.
We start early in the day so everything dries completely before guests arrive. The work takes 3-5 hours depending on your property size. We use equipment sized right for the job, not the industrial rigs that can damage wood or stone. If you have delicate plants or landscaping, we work around them carefully.
You get back a property that looks maintained and welcoming. No streaks, no mud, no green film on the deck. Your guests see the place you actually take care of, not the one that's been collecting grime since last season. Everything is dry and ready by evening.

How far in advance should I book pre-event cleaning?
Book 1-2 weeks out if you can. Spring is our busy season, and weekends fill fast. If your event is coming up soon, call us anyway—we often have same-week or next-day slots available.
Will everything be dry before my guests arrive?
Yes. We schedule the work early enough that everything is completely dry by late afternoon or early evening. Texas heat dries things fast, especially if there's any breeze.
What if I have a small pool or pond nearby?
We avoid spraying directly into standing water. We'll work around it and keep runoff away from the water's edge. Just let us know where it is when we show up.
